If you are asking for EE points and your intake had already started, no later than the end of the semester (considering you already completed a half of the program outside of Canada). If you are coming for winter intake, no later than 30th April 2021 as per regulations now (in order to qualify for PGWP). Otherwise, check with your institution
Hi , my course is winter 2021 intake and got SP , just one year course ,can I study online of my program outside of Canada ? Will this effect o get the PGWP after graduation? Thanks.
As for now, in order to qualify you must enter Canada before April 30th 2020. If you study your entire program outside of Canada, as of now, you are not going to be eligible for PGWP. Does that answer your question?

I will start my program in Jan 2021(1year program),can I complete upto 50% of my program online from aboard until April 30,2021 and complete other 50% in Canada ? Like this of my planning ,any effect have time deduct from the length of my PGWP for studies I complete outside Canada until April 31,2021?
Why I asked this because in RRc website has mentioned for this special arrangement is just for starting your program in spring ,summer and fall 2020,not mentioned the program starting in jan 2021. Am I right ?
As per regulations now, you cannot complete 100% of your program online if you started later than September 2020. However, if you travel to Canada before the April date, then this entire semester would be counted as “completed inside of Canada”, and would qualify you for PGWP

It is clearly right now ! That means for the course starting in January 2021 ,the latest time I need to go Canada on before end of April 2021 for my course period from January to August 2021 .(1 year program )
Under this situation ,i am still eligible to get one year PGWP and will not deduct the time when I am studying outside of Canada . So greats with thanks.
