how is the BC PNP processing time thesedays?

I am trying to figure out for my friend in BC and I wonder if he can apply for PNP or should just go with CEC(Express entry..)
and he's art school graduate (4 year university), which PNP program is best to apply?

He should go by PNP. Along with that he should create his EE with the current details. Once he gets his PNP, update the EE profile, which will bump his score

I checked in few other threads, looks like people are getting BC PNP in one month. I am also thinking to apply ASAP.

It means if anyone have 11 months of work permit PNP is safer to apply if salary is high and NOC is 0 or managerial rather than rely on LMIA?

I think we are in same boat. I asked my employer for LMIA but as EE is new system they said we are working with our lawyers to fully understand the new process. It's been more than 1 month since I am waiting for the response. However, now I know BC PNP is fast and also it's easy for employer to give docs rather then apply for LMIA, I am going to talk to them tomorrow for BC PNP application.
