How is canada? in this aspect

I'm fed up treating with mediocre people that don't like to work,study and when you are working in group with them they don't give a tomato and let all the work to you. Do you know what is the withdrawal range in Canada (colleges), I cant afford working with lazy people.

Im saying all this because I don't know anyone from there , and want to be ready since the beginning.

In my opinion the people over there are good, and secondly if you are good then there are more chances that you will get good friends over there, minimum wages are around 9 to 10 C$ per hour.......but it depends on your skills.........
