How I organized our applcation and a summary of all helpful tips I have learned

Yes, just refer to the photos or receipts or whatever throughout the paperwork. I had photos numbered and when writing out the development of relationship question, and was talking about a certain part of our relationship, I wrote (please see photos 12-14) for example.

Cheers! Our application is almost ready to send out. Fees have been paid and all that's left to do is print out and fill in the receipt.

After seeing hundreds of pages, I feel like our application is so tiny, haha!

But we decided to just take the route of making things as simple and as concise as possible. Best of luck to everyone!

Unless you have crazy unusual circumstances, I think having 400+ pages is more likely to cause problems than help your application.

Don't worry. They just want a reasonable amount to prove your relationship. Beyond that it's almost - sarcastic!

Yeah, I can't see mine being 400+ pages, holy *censored word*, lol. I was starting to feel slightly insecure until I read your posts.

Its all just about what you have and feel you need. Our app was around 300 pages with all the extra question pages and how we formatted it. If we formatted tighter it would have been less.

I think its best to type it so that the officer doesn't sit there trying to understand your handwriting Even if your handwriting is super clear I would still type it. Plus, we spent some time editing our essay after writing it to clarify some points that could be confusing, and that is easier done if you are doing it on your computer

Hello. You will need to include it with the original application. They will check if your application is complete before processing the sponsorship part and then forward everything to the embassy where the second part will be processed. Don't worry that they will expire before they get the app at the embassy, the certificates need to be valid on the date of your application being received in Missassauga. If you don't include the certificates and they have to request them you will lose time as they count your application as received on the date of receiving the full package, which means your app goes back to the beginning of the line.

Based on what I have seen...most people divide their application into 3 parts:

Part 1 - Sponsor forms and supporting documents
Part 2 - Applicant (spouse) forms and supporting documents
Part 3 - Relationship evidence (photos, communication logs, tickets / receipts, testimonials, etc)
