How I inform CIC that we are expecting baby in Oct 2015 i aplied under FSW 2014

I have question I applied for FSW in December 2014 my case in process now my Wife is expecting.
At that stage can senior advise how can I inform CIC that we are expecting a baby in October 2015?
Is there is any form or just simply inform through email, what is correct procedure to inform CIC.
Thank a lot!

It depends on the state of your application. If you are waiting for MR [Assuming it as the first correspondence from your Visa Officer], then as soon as you receive MR, reply on that e-mail to your Visa Officer and inform your Visa Officer as at that stage your wife cannot go for Medicals[X-Ray]. Your Visa Officer will delay the medicals of your wife.

If you have already receive MR, then as soon as your baby born, inform your Visa Officer and your Visa Officer will give you the list of documents he needed to process your file further.

Hi Mwrooney,
Thank for reply my application is in early stage only one line updated in my online application status and it is showing in process.
I applied in Dec 2014 and received in Feb 2015 after that nothing received up till now.
In GSM note it is showing last activity happen in the month of March 2015.
So kindly advise should I send simply email.
