HOW I GET LMO FROM AN EMPLOYER (CA) OR ANY ONE HELP ME

i am looking LMO from an employer is any one help me getting that

where i have to find that and how it works

try searching jobs at job bank or other related websites or in the classified ads. and when you apply indicate that you are looking for an employer who could provide you with an LMO.

I am looking WP from an employer he will provide me LMO and job offer letter etc .

I can go on it and then change the job title later on is that can i do it or not?

or can i change the state as well
