I assume you are living outside of your home country and have already been designated as a refugee by UNHCR?
Typically the best way to find a community sponsor is through existing connections in Canada (e.g. if you have family members or close friends already here). These individuals can see if the organizations they are involved in may be willing to sponsor you. Note that a community sponsor must still demonstrate they have the funds to support you - it doesn't mater if you have the funds required.
