How I can extend Sinp work permit supporting letter

I got nomination from SINP last year September 2014
I applied PR file no received and medical also completed
My SINP work permit supporting letter expire March 2015

So how I can get new valid Sinp work permit supporting letters for my work permit application

Is there any form do I have fill and send to Sinp

I think it's best to email SINP and ask them. You may want to prove that you're still working for the same employer of when you applied for SINP.
