How I can add my spouse as dependent in my Work permit application if he holds valid W1?

My spouse and me both has W1. For my spouse its ICT and for me its SOWP. Now I got offer and I am doing a separate application for closed work permit and my spouse is not suppose to work. Shall I raise his dependent visa application with my application? Is there dependent visa category or it will be a Visitor visa. Does he will get a separate visa stamped again on his passport?

If you are moving from Open work permit to closed WP , then spouse will be eligible for OWP

I am not sure what you mean by dependent visa here

You can apply a visitor visa if you want but I am sure you understand that he cannot work on a visitor visa and will need another employer sponsored work permit to convert it.

Visa on passport will be a TRV associated to the Work Permit & valid for the same time

Thanks for replying. One more doubt, If I apply visitor visa for him, what will happen to his existing W1 visa? Or he will get another stamped on his passport after approval of my ICT application.

Is it possible that you have two visas stamped for same duration of time, one is his existing approved W1 and one is visitor visa he will get on my work permit approval.
