How hard it is to get visa approval after being rejected?

I got my visa rejected based on the purpose of my visit and financial proof.
I ordered GCMS notes to see what really went wrong, but I’m afraid that even solving the problems of my previous application, my name got “marked” and won’t be able to get approved anyway.
Does this makes sense or I’m tripping after this blowback?

I have been denied twice based on the same reasons and I applied for the third time with the best that I have. I paid all my tuition, room and board, and ancillary fees for the year via bank loan, showed what my main supporters have in their account, my scholarship from my school and a sponsorship letter from another entity just in case my parents have issues. I just showed all that I could financially.
For purpose of visit, all you need to do is look at GCMS notes and see why they were not sure you were going to leave. Usually, its because they do not see why you need to take the program or they are not convinced you will actually return home for family or financial reasons.
I do not think you get marked, but the next time you apply, you must show that you can satisfy the visa officer's questions well.

which is your study background?
what are you chossing in canada?
Purpose of my visit is way to say that applicant is not a bona fide student.
As you mention you got financial proof
May you need income proof, income tax returns, basically show then in case of mishappen that you can fund the whole program

We see plenty of people here approved after a refusal.

It's a matter of how effectively you can overcome the reasons for why your first application was refused.

Ordering your GCMS notes is the right thing to do as a first step so that you can see the detailed reasons behind the refusal.

Thank you for your response. Yes that’s my objective. I’ll wait for GCMS and apply again addressing everything in there.
If I may ask, did you order GCMS on your rejected applications? Did they say what in there? Have you been approved in this third time?

I did not...In fact I did not even know those notes existed before I reapplied this time and the time before, but I have been advised to do so. PS. How do I order GCMS notes? Also, my eligibility review started almost two weeks ago (after two weeks of my application being submitted) but I do not have a response as yet.
