how good are my visa chances

hi,

I applied on Nov 29 at vfs chandigarh under university categoy
M.Engg (ECE) in Concordia University
10th- 85%
12th(PCMB)- 76%
B.E -64% from PU Chandigarh
IELTS- Overall: 7.5 (no band less than 6.5)
Paid 1 year fee 12700$
opted for GIC (tested my patience to an extent)
also showed 3 lacs FD's and property documents.
