Hi,
My schooling finished in Delhi 2005
2005-2006, worked in call centre, I have experience letter.
I was granted 4 years UK visa in 2006, and i did 2 diplomas there, 2 years each no gap in studies.
When my 4 years visa ended in oct 2010 i applied to university to complete my bachelors which was just 1 year more after my diploma.
I was granted visa again but i couldnt deposit my fees there as I was showing money to UK agency.
So the University expelled me with a letter that they cannot revoke my admission even if fees is paid in full now and asked me to leave country.
I went to a legal aid lawyer and he said he cant do anything unless i want to file an asylum
not sure what to do, i agreed to him unaware of what is asylum and filed asylum,
Soon after that when i came to know about it, I immediately withdrew it. but UK agency detained me for that and asked me to leave. I bought my own ticket and came back in feb with 1 year ban from UK BA, now Its 8 months, I am working here, and looking to go to canada to complete my education.

I have good property in my name worth 40 lakhs, and my parents name worth more than 1.5 crores. All three of us pay income tax and i am only child of them.

We have few FDs shares and LIC policies worth 20 lakhs and can arrange student loan also

The major problem i am suspecting is if I apply now, will UK share the details with Canada ?

Will I have trouble applying there ? is there anything extra i need to take care of ?

Please help me

Thanks

The problem is the asylum part..If you can get a legal aid lawyer to write you a letter explaining everything which you just did here on this forum, that would be great..Your financials are good and so are your qualifications..All you need is a genuine proof that whatever happened in UK with you wasnt your own personal fault and a letter from a professional can really help...In the study permit application you do have to reveal the time you spend outside your country and more than that embassy officials always check your passport no to see your previous immigration history so not declaring it would be another big issue.....Just try to get help from an extremely good lawyer, your chances are still good considering your qualifications and financial, there is just a bit of complicacy involved which hopefuly a lawyer would be able to solve...

Hi,

One year ban is going to be on record and that may create big problem for you. I am NOT sure but I think you overstayed as well. Anyway, atleast apply and let's see what happen.

We have one more case of UK, where an Indian women was ditch by her husband and made her to left University studies midway and return to India. She got rejected for Canadian visa.

He claimed asylum, so he isn't exactly an innocent. With an asylum, the chances of getting a study permit for Canada are somewhere between slim and none.

Claiming asylum isnt a crime..I still think it is worth trying..I mean if it gets rejected than its rejected but atleast he can try!...

Hello PMM,

I have done BS from Pakistan and went to UK on Tier4 and have completed 1-year certificate program (Post Graduate Diploma PGD in Business Management level 7). I came back in Jan 2012 after taking certificate. I was enrolled in Vocational Training Academy but now this college is closed now.

Now, I want to apply for Masters Degree (2-year) in Network Security which is relevant to my Bachelor's degree.

I have few queries:

1. How much chances is to get visa?
2. How the immigration officer will take my application?

Thanks in advance!!!

May be 100%
May be 0%.
Dear its totally depends upon ur luck,
Canadian study permit visa is very difficult 2 get.
Some people show 5 million bank statement IELTS 7 plus band but they r rejected.
Some people only show 1.5 to 2 million, 5.5 IELTS, nothing else and they get visa.
So don't miss any thing which is required and plz don't send any extra thing in aplication which is not required.

Cheif is absolutely correct. Don't show anything what is not required. Don't miss anything what is required.
