I sent an email about 2 weeks back to confirm my uploaded file was received as I hadn't seen movement in 2 weeks prior. I'm worried about contacting them again to ask where my file is. Is it too soon?

I would say wait for a while coz normal reply time is 28 days ad they will reply within that time period

I would say only when extremely urgent or your normal timeline is in a long slag.

yeah i'm hesitating about calling but i noticed calling gives a better answer than emailing. I'm just worried I didn't notice the PPR email basically

No that's the thing. I'm worried that I received it and missed the email (junk, accidentally deleted etc...) Got my RPRF payment request and went in IP2 a month ago.

That’s worrying. If you’re still in IP2, better call them now.
Raise a CSE too asap. IP2 should not take more than 7 days, if delayed it goes into NA3.

can u guide ma about ordering GCMS notes?? i m gonna use CIC for this...
My bro lives there in canada and i know i can send him consent form and he ll do the rest?? but is it possible that i can use his passport scan and can do this process from my own country?? but payment will be through from my local country where i reside or shall i be using my brother card?...i ve heard they only accept payment from Canadian based debit/ credit cards???

no ordering gcms has to be done from canada. i'm sure your brother can spare you 5$ and order them. just check the procedure.
