How foreign 10 years Experience Calculated in Express Entry?

Hello,
Can anyone please help me with some info. I will be submitting my express entry profile this month. My question is I am trying to include my back home work experience as a 10 years foreign experience ,which I have from 2007,October to 2010,December i.e 3 years 2 month. Since,its 2019 February now,so can I add my back home experience to express entry profile? Because if I subtract 10 years then its like 2009,so does it mean I can only add the experience I have after 2009? I hope I was clear, please let me know how this thing work. Thank you in advance.

Correct; it is almost March, so, your experience before March 2009 will not count. (And it continues to expire every day until you submit your eAPR).

Points max out after 3 years, so you will get the same points.
If you include your foreign work experience under professional history, you'll need documentation to prove it, especially a reference letter which is mandatory.
I was in the same situation as you, and I didn't have enough documents for two jobs,so I moved them to the personal history (making sure I wasn't losing points), and then explained why I was doing so. You don't NEED documents if your job experience(s) are mentioned in personal history, but if you have them, then include them.
In my case, I ended up including 3 of the 6 jobs I've held.

I would consider those jobs that align with your primary NOC and where you have ALL the documents (reference letter according to the format, letter of employment aka contract letter, pay stubs are mandatory).

Ok,one more thing,since after completing high school i worked for that company from 2007 to 2010 and then I came to Canada in 2011 for my undergrad.Do you think they will accept my that experience?or the requirement is any work experience after your bachelor degree?

I don't see why not. Their job is look at all the documents and make sure everything looks ok and corroborate the information you give them. If there are gap years in your history, make sure you explain that. I was on a sabbatical for 3 years, so I made sure i included it in my personal history and explained why.
