How enter IELTS score in express entry profile

Could you please clarify the following.
How to enter IELTS score in express entry profile, do we need convert into Canadan Language Benchmark and enter or directly we can enter?

Dear Coolraj & Vindin,

No need for coverting the scores to CLB level...enter the same as appear in the TRF form.....enter the test date as seen in top section & test result date will see in the bottom section next to TRF number....
