HOW EARLY CAN ONE APPLY FOR A PR RENEWAL?

FOR PR RENEWAL IS IT MANDATORY THAT IT MUST EXPIRE OR IT CAN BE APPLIED TO BE RENEWED BEFORE IT IS EXPIRED. IF IT CAN BE RENEWED BEFORE EXPIRY HOW EARLY CAN IT BE APPLIED FOR?

You can renew the card before it expires. If you apply six months in advance you should be fine.

Do not apply for a renewal of your current PR card if it is still valid for more than six (6) months (180 days), unless it is due to a legal name change. Otherwise, your application will be returned.

So you can apply 6 months before it expires but not before that.
