How early can i go canada after acquiring study permit from India.

You can certainly try. When you are entering Canada, you will need to satisfy the officer that you have sufficient funds to pay for your additional six months in Canada and that you are not coming to Canada to work illegally (it is illegal to start working until your classes start).

Is a letter from my brother (PR holder) stating sponsorship for me enough to satisfy the officer?

I think no it is not i will suggest you better to wait maybe officer will be in doubt and it will effect on your visa.
