How does my visa affect my work permit???

Hi all,
I am graduated from Toronto on April 2014 and I got my work permit on June 2014 but I just applied for worker visa and got it a week ago. I delayed on applying for worker visa as I had (still have) student visa till June 2015.
So, What I am worried about is, does this visa will matter in order to count my work experience toward CEC?
I am working since July 2014. I am hoping that my work experience will be counted from July but not just from November, isn't that right?
Could someone please reply to this.

I am totally confused with your post. If you had the Work Permit issued on June 2014 then why would you even think that work experience will only be counted from November 2014 if you have been working since July 2014?

Your experience will count from July 2014 assuming it is under NOC O, A & B.

Secondly, you mentioned about Work Permit then a Worker Visa? This is more confusing. What is the difference? Work Permit is your authorization to Work in Canada. Entry Visa is normally used when you enter Canada.

I totally understood you.
What I meant was, I came here in student status and that is valid till June 2015 but as soon as I got my work permit on June 2014, wouldn't my student visa no longer valid?
Or it doesn't matter as long as I have got valid visa?

your work experience will count from July 2014.

Visa is required to travel.
that has nothing to do with work.
