Hey guys, I would appreciate it if you took your arguing to private messages and instead answered the questions I posed in my opening post. Thanks.

The question has already been answered, you're not gonna be granted another visitors visa, I dont see how you simply forgot about it and didn't apply for a renewal

Aside from that grammatical debate Fredde is correct the question was already answered....you are currently out of status in Canada. The CBSA may or may not find out, all it takes is someone to inform them you overstayed. I see you posted the same question back in April last year which would lead me to believe you have been out of status for some time.

CBSA shares entry/exit data with the U.S. and they can access exit data through flight manifesto for other departures and most visa exempt countries will share data if requested. There were newspaper articles last year about CBSA getting access to and sharing this data with other agencies to stop people overstaying etc.

See the article. If I were you I would rectify the problem before it's too late otherwise your always going to be looking over your shoulder.
