How do you show proof of financial support for study visa

Hey everyone,
I am in the same situation. My boyfriend will be sponsoring me. I realize moving the money now sounds alarming. Would a letter from him with an affidavit on it suffice, promising he will be my sponsor for the 2 year's time? He can show his bank account and prove he has a stable good paying job (he is also a Canadian citizen)

Also, would this letter be a problem for my ties to the country? (they might think i don'y wanna come back). To be honest I live in my country in rent and I can't say I own anything, even a car.

Did anyone get a visa after showing a bank statement of only 1-2 months and nothing more than that ? EVER ?

I think 4months is required.

I think just 10 days is too close unless you can give reason for the transfer. for me I moved some amount 5 days to my application date from my personal company to my personal account and stated it clearly

Yes I know 4 months is required for online and 6 months for paper, but there is no time to keep the money for 4-6 months.
I wonder what other options we have ?

Can we open a bank account in canada in our name and wire this money in that still do we need a 4-6 months statement ?

This sounds good! Can anyone confirm? Also how do I open a debit account remotely? Isn't a signature at least required? I don't wanna pay a 1k cad$ flight to get this done.
