If someone takes a personal loan from a friend and put in their bank account to apply for study permit. How can they show this as proof of financial support without raising any suspicions from the visa officer?

Thank you.

Thank you.

I also got like CAD 13500 transferred to my account from an uncle just 10 days ago and I'm gonna apply for SP in June 1st week.

So can this be considered a decent proof of financial support.

You'll have to get
1. bank certificate - just a certificate stating the total amount of money in your name
2. bank statements (up to last 4 months)
3. ITR
4. properties (business, land titles, etc.)

This we know, I'm talking about personal loan transferred to account just 10 days ago, in such I cant give a 4 months bank statement.

this may look suspicious to the VO for which he may reject your visa.

You should not have got the funds transferred to your account in the end moment, it can give a doubt to the visa officer about the loan being temporary . If it was bank loan then would have been safer but this is risky!

Thank you for you response.

I am also taking bank loan of INR 750000 and my father has INR 1300000 in his PF account.
Should this be good to go?

And FYI I will be applying VISA on basis of memorial university tuition fee is like CAD 7000-9000 per year.

Yes that is good enough. Then why you put the friend's money. Unnesessary increasing risk.

Alright thanks

I thought showing PF wouldn't be that simple, I mean we can't take out money from a PF account that easily

In this case try to get a affidavit stating that this is a gift and need not pay back. Should work. Dont risk submitting without supporting the origin of funds.

Hiiii guys ... Actually i m facing the same problem nd i have been refused once on financial grounds .... So i m thinking of reapplying by showing ITR of my parents of around 10 lakh rupee plus bank balance statement of 6 lakh of 2 months prior to application.. Is it goood Enough to go bcoz i m planning to go for september intake and if i will wait for my statements to be mature 4 months old, then i m afraid my chances of getting SP will be reduced... Plzzzz help

Thanks in advance

The proof of funds should be no less than 4-6months old to be on the safer side . Anything less than that can create a problem. Unless the source of funds can be genuinly justified . In my opinion. All the best!
