How do you send E Medical sheet after completing upfront medical

Just wondering, after you have done the upfront medical (as a paper applicant) where and how do you send the UMI E medical Information sheet? Do you send it using the case specific enquiry form or do you mail it to them directly?

You just need to send your UMI E medical Information sheet through case specific enquiry. I also did our medical upfront and send it via case specific enquiry form.

CSE is the right way. the first time I send CSE, the officer failed to attach it to my application. After MR and a new IME, I send the second time and that went ok
