How do you compare your IELTS results with Saskatchewan language requirements?

When I applied for Saskatchewan nomination program, I was asked to enter my language level in CLB terms. They've provided one field for this. Now I'm not sure if this field is allocated for the OVERALL score or not. if yes (which is most likely the case), how do you compare your IELTS overall score with CLB?
