My soon to be husband lives in Canada and I live in the US. How do we sign all the forms when we are not together?
Also, what format can pictures be in? Do we have to print the pics on glossy paper? Thank you.

your immigration forms you can sign them and send them to your future husband..you should fill them out once you get married thoug since one of them asks you about the date of your wedding, reception and so on...

the photos must be loose,,the format doesnt matter as long as CIC(citizenship and Immigration Canada) can clearly see them,,some people have even printed them on a piece of paper using microsoft word...

I sent him pdf copies via email. He printed off and signed and then mailed them to me directly.

I signed everything I had to sign, put yellow tabs where he has to sign, and sent them to him. He signed, put together the package, we triple checked everything item by item on Skype, and he sent it to CIC.

What a lot of people do is put digital photos in a Word document, with captions. 2 to 4 photos per page is fine. I printed mine on matte but higher quality paper. As long as the faces and expressions are clear and visible, quality doesn't matter too much.

the photos don't have to be loose. i put all photos on presentation slides and color printed them on staples. no issue with my submission.
