how do we know if CIO has open FSW applications to say CAP reached

If there anybody who have any news, or if somebody apply and already been charged on their credit card, please share I really need to know if I still have hope, my package was received on May 29 on CIO Canada and still waiting news!! :'(

You might want to check this thread for FSW 2013 applications....some have already gotten PER and their files forwarded to their respective VOs:
