How do we extend landing time?

Hi friends!

I have a question, please help!

Once receiving COPR, how do we extend landing time? if unable to travel within the validity of medical test.

As we know after receiving the COPR, the landing can be done any time before the expiry of the passport or medical test, whichever is earlier (The medical is valid till 1 year from the day it was completed).

Can we repeat medical to extend the landing time? or some other options for extending.

Not possible. If you are unable to land within that period, you should reapply in express entry, need to get invitation .... try to land within the period at any cost.

You must land before expiration of COPR. The COPR cannot be extended. If you don't land before expiration of COPR, CIC would consider that you are not interested in Canada anymore.

When you arrive, you must have:

• Your valid passport and/or travel documents. Your passport must be a regular, private passport. You cannot immigrate to Canada with a diplomatic, government service or public affairs passport.
• Your valid permanent resident visa (if you are from a country that requires visas) and your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR). The officer will make sure you are entering Canada before or on the expiry date shown on your visa. Please note that this document cannot be extended; therefore, you should make sure to use it before it expires.
• Proof that you have the funds to support yourself and your family after you arrive in Canada.

Agreed. You cannot extend landing. Use it or lose it.
