Hi everyone
My daughter, who is a Canadian citizen (second generation) has just had a baby, is currently living in the UK and is in the process of sponsoring her family.
This is where we are:
She was pregnant when she sent off the application to sponsor her husband. She has received the initial assessment which was approved. She now has to sponsor the baby who has been registered as a UK citizen. She was initially told she could add the baby to her initial application by just informing the processing center in Canada of the birth, but nobody seems to have the same answer.
1. What form do we fill in to add the baby?
2. Does the baby need a medical? If so, do we have to wait for a response from the processing centre before they send the medical form?
3. Is there another waiting period for initial assessment?
4. We were told today that she needs to fill in the form IMM 1344A Application to Sponsor and Undertaking and Sponsorship Agreement (IMM 1344B)
Any information would be appreciated.
