How do they count 90 days?

My application is showing 1 day left. Does this mean today is the last day or tomorrow is the last day?

Do you mean 12.00am UK time (based on your avatar)? I would Google it to be sure, but I think so. Think the UTC means universal something?

UTC is Coordinated Universal Time (same time as GMT, though GMT is a time zone, and UTC is a standard).
