How do I transfer the immigration sponsorship file from Rome Canadien embassy to Detroit USA?

I am a American Citizen living in Albania with my Mother, I have been sponsored from my Father in Canada since 2020, but is taking so long for the decision from Rome canadien Embassy. I decided to move to MichiganUSA and I would like to transfer my file to USA. Please if you have any information help me .

You do not directly control where your file is processed.
You can update your address to current address in Michigan. And it's up to IRCC to continue to process your application in Rome or move it to one in USA.

Update your address. There is no step to "ask for the file to be transfered".

If you could help how or if it is a form to send it to them for the file to be transferred because if you see online application check it is the address of my father( that means for the sponsor is not that I can change on line . Please help me with any forma or anything how to change or let them know I have moved.. thank for your help.
