All details and guide lines are on Citizenship and Immigration Canada's web site go though all information, select the category you like to apply, download application forms, gather all required documents, attach fee D.D or credit card information and send to Sydney N.S office, that it. There is no need to use any Immigration Consultant because it will cost you
more sometimes they mess up with your paperwork.

I will suggestion you do everything yourself step by step maybe have someone
go through the entire application for you before you submit it.
