How do I prove strong ties to home country?

Hi all, in my rejection letter for study permit the visa officer said that he is not convinced i will return to my home country due to my personal assets and financial status. What are the ways of convincing them that for sure I will come back after my study because clearly my SOP didn't convince him.

I am 19, just out of high-school and my father is financing me for my Bachelors Degree.

Any help is much appreciated!

Hello, yes my father has multiple properties in our home country (Pakistan). I submitted papers for all the properties he owns. We showed a bank statement for the past 4 months (as it says on the cic website). Throughout these 4 months, he has maintained more than enough balance for my first year of tuition and additional 10000 CAD, which is the requirement. I also submitted my dad's payslips for the past year.

Currently, I am temporarily living in Egypt because of my father's job and I finished highschool here. All my siblings are here with me except one who is in Toronto studying right now. This, btw should not have any effect because all of my friends had the same status in the country of residence (Egypt) and got the visa.

Given your person asset and financial status refusal reason, this time around, your father should set up an account in your name for your study purpose(with an addressed letter from the bank maybe stating its purpose) and deposit in some funds enough to cover your one year expenses and tuition fee for the following year OR a Fix Deposit in your name and include it to your application. Then show other relevant documentations shown before.

FYI: your father should state every fact of it(about the funds) in his sponsorship letter and you do the same in your SOP/LOE

Can you assess my home ties, please?

I am a CPA in the Philippines. Unemployed since Aug.31, 2018 but enrolled in an online course in a Canadian Distance learning institution and currently reviewing for CFA level 1 exam.

I have no tangible possessions in my name yet (I'm 25 yrs old), but I have my family in the Philippines - mother, two brothers and relatives. Plus, I don't have relatives in Canada, the closest kin is a second degree cousin of my father (who lives in Toronto, and I'm going to BC). Is it okay to add that my long time girlfriend is in the Philippines too?

Additional info:
SDS applicant, so the POF is covered.

Can I also go for Dual Intent? I have no ongoing application for EE or PNP yet, but I'd like to mention in my Letter of Explanation that I'll be going for PGWP and after which, apply for PR through EE or PNP? Thanks for your help!
