How do I pay the Right of PR Fee?

So we submitted our application this month and we decided to pay this fee at a later date. I have some extra cash and am wishing to now pay The Right of Permanent Residency fee, but I don't see this option anywhere on the CIC site (unless I'm missing it?).

Is there anyway to pay this now or do I have to wait now for the application to be approved?
