How do I know the IELTS speaking test sheduled program?

I am located in cameroon and i have registered for the IELTS exams sheduled on the 18/01/2014 , i was given the date, time and venue of the written test and was told that i will be informed on the date , time and venue of the speaking test 10 days before the main test date through my candidate area, but upto now i have gotten no update . I have called and written to the British council head office in yaounde to fine out but the only answer is that i will be informed at my candidate area . Can some one please notify me of the speaking test date , time and venue . My center is yaounde cameroon !
