How do I know if my work is exempt from LMIA?

Hello All,

I am creating my profile for EE and i really do not understand what i need to say for question Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?

I have an open work permit (PGWP) and currently work in a regular company under NOC B so does that mean I am exempt from LMIA or i just does not qualify to get points on CRS even if i have valid job offer?

No, you aren't LMIA-exempt. You can't get points on a PGWP.
