How do I inform CIC of new credit Card info?

I am in a very unique problem.

I made $550 payment for CEC via a bank draft payable to 'Receiver General for Canada', but I forgot to attach IMM5620 form with my application.

If you look at the form, it has more to do with credit card information, and makes it absolutely neccesary to be included if you are paying with credit card. But I am not sure applications with a Bank Draft.

The appication already reached CIO Sydney last week. Do you guys think it will create any problem in my case even though I made a payment through a 'Bank Draft' ?
