How do i fill Nominee Application for Ontario Express Entry Streams

Hi,
I have got Expression of Interest from Under Ontario Nominee program.

I want to know how to fill Nominee Application for Ontario Express Entry Streams.

It is an advanced pdf document (data can be written into it on computer itself)

So my question is, is it necessary to fill the PDF file (on computer) and then print it Or

I can print the blank form and fill it with pen .

Also while filling occupation detail, it asks "From" and "To" dates.
What do i need to write in "To" field as this field only takes dates.

The things is for showing the constipation, Form has two fields , "From" and "To"
while entering detail for my current occupation, i have the "From" date with me but "To" date is unknown, because i am still working there.
"To" field only takes date values .

So which date i should mention in "To" field.

You need to type it as its better for them to understand the data entered into the fields available.
For sections where you need to write N/A but the system doesn't accepts it, just leave that space empty, print the form and write N/A there by hand.

For TO date, write the ending date of your contract. It's just an estimate date.
