You can send resend the oath form from another e-mail id. That seems to be working these days.

e-certificate showed up this afternoon! did not have to resend oath thankfully.

That's the way it should be. Dont know the reason why its slowed down. Used to come within 4-5 hr of oath before.

My certificate is still not available, I had the ceremony on 12 September.
I sent the oath form again yesterday with another email id

Gave Oath on 19th September.

Logged into portal and downloaded the certificate today.

I’ve been able to download mine finally.

I had my Oath yesterday morning, E-Certificate was available for download today around 3pm.

For all the other delays in my application processing, this final step was very smooth and quick. Oath ceremony was very organized as well.

Thanks, same office which did my oath invite - mine was from Montreal.

If you are facing delays, make sure you include the name of your agent in the email subject line - my agent mentioned that specifically to me.

Yes we mentioned their initial but we are few people facing delay and we all sent the oath form to the same office and same agent.
