How do i declare assets which i have transferred prior to my move to Canada

Hi, my outbound PR application was just approved but as I am already in Canada we are preparing for border crossing in order to do the official landing.

Could someone please advise me on how/which items to declare.

a)we had already transferred some funds to Canada, do we need to declare these?
b)we have some jewelry to follow, do we need to give details?
c)we also have some investments in Pakistan which have not been liquidated yet, do these need to be declared? These funds will also eventually be brought to Canada in the future.

While your investments don't need to be reported for landing as a PR, read to on foreign reporting requirements, as they may need to be reported to CRA.
