how do I convince a VO that my uncle is the one sponsoring me but not my parent?

Hello guys,
after getting acceptance leeter from Conestoga College, my uncle has opted to sponsor my studies.
Now, how do I convince a VO that my uncle would be sponsoring and not my parent?

(how he's related to u)
His birth certificate and ur
Dad/mom own
Let him write a letter
On why he want to sponsor u
And also affidavit of sponsor
That should be fine.

aside from the things mentioned above it is also helpful that you show a bank statement of your uncle for the past 2 years. The reason behind this is that CIC also ensures that your uncle can support himself before he can support you.
