I received my study permit and I was requested to send my passport for finalizing the process. However, I cannot go this time around and I want to cancel my study permit. How do I do that?
They said that if I do not send the passport within 30 days, there is a chance that my visa may be rejected.
Also, my college says that if I withdraw from their program for any other reason apart from visa refusal, there will be a hefty refund fee. If the reason for withdrawal from the college is visa refusal, then the fee is just $200. If I wait for 30 days and get my visa refused, will I be able to dodge the hefty fee and just pay $200?
