How did you answer question 9C and did you get AOR

JUST WONDERING SOMEONE GOT HIS RETURNED BECAUSE ANSWERED YES ON 9C

He answered yes plus an explanation letter but no form.

My wife selected Yes and added an explanation letter about why she did not fill CITT 0177 form. She already got her AOR. But other people in this forum also selected No and added explanation letter and they also got their AOR.
So the important thing is the explanation letter. I would still select Yes as it sounds correct information.

I answered yes and attached an explanation as to why i am not filling CITT 0177 form. I have already received AOR.

I did not live overseas, so I answered no.

IMO, an application being returned would depend on the officer reviewing the file. I think the safest possible approach is either checking "No" and attaching a letter explaining it (assuming you lived outside Canada during your eligibility period) OR checking "Yes" and answering "N/A" on all fields in the crown servant form and maybe attach a letter explaining it.
