Even though there where 40,239 candidates in pool with score range of 401-450, the total invitation was just 4147 compared to previous draw of 6000. so are the rest of the candidates not eligible for CEC or they are in a different stream or did they just simply not get invited or is it according to application submission dates ?? If someone can explain this.
