a colleague told me d 2 transcripts he want 2 send to CHC from 2 universities shows date of birth 06/04/1976
his IELTS and Passport carries date of birth 06/04/1978

has anyone experience such before
what can he do.

I have never come across academic transcripts containing date of births ?

However , Any time you provide conflicting or contradictory information to CIC
you do run the risk of it being picked up and being identified as someone who has provided fraudulent information and it may have more serious repercussions.

If you dont want to take a gamble , I would suggest that you ask your friend to contact the University and try to get them to correct it to what is shown on the passport.

Tell your friend to execute an affidavit and put this under oath. A lawyer is needed for this. The affidavit must explain the disrepancy reasons. Together with this affidavit attach suppporting documents to show which is the correct one, then submit it to CIC.

I did this with the discrepancies of my wife's name in her birth certificate, school certificates and in her passport. It must be fine.
