How come my parents' TRV got refused? So sad...

I am a PR and my spouse is a Canadian Citizen.
I applied TRV for my parents but it got refused.
So sad, what should I do? I really want my parents come to Canada to visit me.
I ordered the ATIP today...

Timeline:
Nov 1, 2019 - Submitted
Nov 2, 2019 - Biometrics
Nov 19, 2019 - Biometrics Received
Nov 20, 2019 - Refused Letter

The reasons are as below,

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. - The purpose I wrote is visiting me and my husband, they have never met him.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Docs I submitted online,
Form 5257
Passport copy
Invitation letter
General education and employment Form
Form 5713
Proof of means of financial support - this one I used my husband and myself's bank statement
Marriage license
Photo
Itinerary
Proof of relationship
Form 5645
Property ownership proof

So sorry for their refusal. They will definitely get approved with better documentation next time.
I have few questions for my knowledge, answers will be greatly appreciated.
1. was their application online and country?
2. what are different steps of communication (emails/messages) til decision made?
3. Is visa office send letter, when they receive bio-metrics and make decision?

Sorry for the late reply.
The application was made online.
They messaged to the MY CIC ACCOUN for the refusal letter.
They sent the letter after received the bio-metrics.
