Do I can apply for Canadian tourist visa from Bangladesh. It's possible or easy to get Canada tourist visa. I deported from USA as a green card holder. Because I convicted ( A Misdemeanor charge). Child Sexual abuse. NYPL:260.10(1). So now for this purpose they give me tourist visa or not. Please help me to get a better advice.

You should assume you are inadmissible to Canada. So a tourist visa will not be possible You will need to apply for rehabilitation before you will be able to enter Canada. You cannot apply for rehabilitation until five years have passed since you completed the sentence / fine related to your conviction.

Child sexual abuse isn’t a misdemeanour offence, at least not in Canada. IF you got a TRV/eTA and IF you managed to make it to Canada you would probably find you aren’t eligible as a refugee for criminality. You would be deported back to Bangladesh. And if you are trying to escape criminal charges in Bangladesh, they will deport you home. You won’t be allowed to stay as you are a risk to Canadian society.
