I'm sitting at 441, but given I only have an undergrad degree the points have been maxed out.

Good news is OIPN human capital stream is opening soon, and hence giving me hope.

Wonder how they would rank and select candidates?

Profile:
- US Ivy League undergrad
- 5 years of full time working experience as financial/investment analyst
- CLB10

The selection criteria is mainly based on your main National Occupation Code (NOC). If your occupation is in demand in Ontario you'll be invited.
+1 if it helps

I'm afraid Ivy League and Investment Analyst mean nothing to CIC/OINP...
I have a similar profile to yours... and yea, it really means nothing to them

Hence the question what they are looking for and how they would differentiate candidates...assuming the job isn't a position not in demand
