Hello,

Please tell me that how Canadian embassy verify work experience documents like work experience letter from employer.

1) Are they perform any physical check or they only verify by email and by phone call?

2) Are they only make phone calls to the numbers which are mentioned on the letter or they fined some other means?

3) I am working in a R & D organization which don't have any web site but i have all the salary slips, account statements and NTN number with slips of paying income tax and name of my employer is mentioned on these tax slips. are these evidences enough to prove my work experience?

waiting for reply.

You need an actual letter from the employer detailing what your duties were, so they can be matched with the duties of the NOC under which you are applying. Have you read the application guide and document checklist?

CIC may use any number of methods to verify, including phone, e-mail and physical visit.

I am grateful for your answer.

I am asking this question because I perform my duties normally in the field than there will be very difficult for them to get me. I can get experience letter from my employer.

Can you please specify what kind of means they use to verify work experience (specially in Pakistan)?

Can they come to my office for my physical check?

Can they write a letter to my office?

what can be any other way?

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks guys for reply, quite helpful. Since I have a similar question I am replying to this post. What if someone don't want to inform his/her current employer about the intention of applying for FSW, for obvious reasons of future growth. Can he/she still submit the reference letter on company's letter head (arrange by own means not through HR). Will this still be considered as FRAUD? In my opinion it should not as the person is an employee, its only that the letter has not been issued by HR.
