Hi all,

I am in a teribble situation and need your help.

I got my PR in 2010 for me and my wife as Indian citizens.During this time, we had a daughter who is a US citizen. I have been trying to find a job in my field since over 2 years in Canada and now that I have got one, someone told me that my daughter may have trouble entering Canada.

I need your help to understand the best possible approach to help my situation.

How old is your daughter? Entering is no problem, because she's american.

She is 1 year old. But someone told me that if the border people think that she will become a PR and not move out of US at the end of 6 months, then tey may deny her entry.

Am not sure about the rule and googles isn't helping much

Since your daughter is so young, they are more than likely not going to deny her entry. She's just an infant PLUS she's American. You can sponsor her yes. The chances of them denying, it actually slim from my pov. Americans are waved in often.

Thanks for your response Parker... Anyone with such experience?
