By this time, i have applied in prince Edward Island PNP program (expression of interest). There my score is only 57 out of 100. So what should i do now?

You have to improve your language scores. I've got 120 points for IELTS with 8.5 8.5 7.5 7.0 and 30+22 for TEF (C2 average in french) which made it possible for me to receive ITA in the very first round of invitation. Your spouse also has to improve her language skills. As I remember, 10 points is not the highest score for the spouse. Good luck!

And btw, 3 years diploma won't make it possible to migrate. Your another goal is to receive master's degree asap.
