please help me regarding this and really want the path and relevant information I m trying aloat but need a correct path for applying for MANAGEMENT/HR jobs in CANADA..
wht steps are to be taken and how should I take step forward for this.
I am persuing MBA in Operations..

hmm..are you talking about outsourcing? like are you planning to work for a Canadian company but still live in India?

Check the Canadian job websites (workopolis, jobbank) and send out your resumes. If a company finds you qualified enough, you will have an interview (usually phone, they may fly you in later stages of the interview).

Generally, management would be difficult to get into as a foreigner - it is something that requires Canadian experience.

First you have to find an employer who is willing to hire you.

That employer must then apply for and obtain an approved LMO:

If the LMO is approved, you must then apply for a work permit:
